Your reservation will be confirmed after receiving a minimum deposit (50%) of the total amount per person. The remaining amount must be paid 7 days before your arrival. or after your first day of arrival. Reservations made after the time limit will have to be canceled 100%.

Rates

All rates are expressed in US dollars and Peruvian soles; and are subject to variability without notice. The rate is net and per person.

Cancellations

The non-presentation of the passenger(s), will result in the total loss of the contracted service without the right to any refund.

Likewise, the cancellation or withdrawal of the contracted service(s) during the trip will not be entitled to any refund.

Some services may be interrupted or canceled due to weather conditions, air conditions or social conflicts. In this case, no full refund will be granted as a result of these interruptions or cancellations beyond our control since the services to be used are reserved in advance for your complete satisfaction, but we will offer you a 50% discount for your next reservation.

CUSCO PERU TRIPS reserves the right to make reasonable changes or substitutions in the itineraries when deemed necessary or mandatory. Luggage will always travel under the care and responsibility of its owner. No money will be refunded for unused services such as hotel nights, meals, trips, tours, etc. and that have been booked in advance.
